The Newport Transporter Bridge - Zip Slide 300M Saturday 12th July 2008. Many dare devil white knuckle people engaged in a thrilling and challenging experience taking the very speedy - Zip Slide.
We were asked to promote the abseil and zip slide events and recruit brave participants, who were asked to pay a registration fee and in addition raise a minimum Trust PA charity donation. People who entered the event thoroughly enjoyed the exciting experience. The qualified and professional instructors, all equipment, registration and management were provided on the day. The organiser was fully insured and the instructors use were all qualified professionals who obviously valued their quality of service. Many thanks to ACE for all their good work which is very much appreciated, thank you. We hope that everyone involved on the day enjoyed the event which was another exciting opportunity to raise funds to help us end the permanence of paralysis.
